Relay Rally 2026

This is a downhill-ish race with a relay twist. Timing starts with the first rider ready at the top of the bike park, racing Stage One - Fat Sac. The timing chip is then passed on to Stage Two shredder, who will ride Wild Boarz to the next team mate, waiting at Stage Three - Blade. The fourth rider brings it home down Birthday Cake (chainless, if you're an advanced rider!).

Starting at base, riders will pedal, push or drag their way up to each chosen trail head and await their teammate to deliver the timing chip before they begin their descent. This event can be for the shreddiest of riders to the friendliest of families and everyone in between. Categories are yet to be decided (we're making it up as we go along!!) so go as hard or as comfortably chill as you would like, there is space on the podium for all levels! Prizes for Frothiest Family, Best Dressed Team, Elite Level Antics etc etc.

Gather your team of 4 together and get training!! If you don't have a full team, don't worry! Enter anyway and we'll pair you up with the other stragglers on the day. 

As is usually the case at Middle Hill, the race is by no means the most important aspect of the weekend! We choose log weekends for a reason - more time for activities! We're pulling the best bits from the Mud Buster (movie night, dual slalom, bonfire, camping...) and leaving the catering to you with the Potluck BBQ Cook-off! Add your weekend long camping pass to your booking and settle in from Friday night to Monday if you wish. There's an Open Shuttle Day running on Saturday and plenty of entertainment on and off the bike all weekend long. Wahoo!
